Sunguard UVR Polyester Thread is a UV-treated, high-performance bonded polyester upholstery thread designed for demanding marine, outdoor, automotive, and transportation applications. Featuring a Z (left) twist, it delivers excellent strength, abrasion resistance, and stretch control, along with an anti-wick finish to help prevent seam leakage. Resistant to UV, mold, and mildew, it provides long-lasting durability in harsh environments.
Available in Tex 90 (B92), Tex 135 (B138), and Tex 210 (B207). Plus Sunguard Bold in Tex 210 (B207) for heavy-duty, high-visibility stitching. The line also includes Sunguard One, a bonded polyester monocord thread designed for multi-directional sewing, offering excellent durability and reliability for marine and outdoor applications.
