A universaltype of fastener for attaching older stylemouldings that have lips or curls on theunderside. The spring steel arm providesthe tension holding the moulding strip. Withthe perforated plate type, you can break offthe plate at 1/16" intervals to fit the moulding. You need to be ableto access the back of the panel so you can install a hex nut.
