How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $20 for shipping within the 48 continental states, and FREE shipping on orders of $200 or more. Please note that flat rate and free shipping do not apply to special order items or 5 Gallon buckets of Weldwood Adhesive.

Do you ship to my country?

We do ship to a select list of international countries. For a complete list of countries and more details, please see our International Shipping Policy.

 

What are my payment options for international shipments?

For international orders, we currently accept PayPal only. After providing you with a shipping quote, we’ll send an invoice via PayPal once you approve the quote.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Orders placed by 4:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day. If an item is out of stock or marked as a “Special Order,” it may delay your shipment.

What is the return policy for international orders?

I need my order faster than standard shipping. What are my options?

We do offer expedited shipping, but customers are responsible for the full shipping charges. Please note that UPS does not guarantee transit times on expedited packages, so delivery may not always meet your desired date.
