When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on how far you are from our warehouse. You can check estimated delivery times using the time-in-transit map found here.
Has my order shipped?
You can easily check your order status by clicking the Account Icon in the upper right corner of our website then My Dashboard from the dropdown menu. Under Latest Orders, you can view your most recent orders, order status, and click on the web reference number to view order details and tracking information.
You’ll also receive a tracking email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey to you.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
For the fastest help, please call us at (662) 287-1451. Once an order has begun processing, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed by 4:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you by email with the details.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, click the Account Icon in the upper right corner of our website then My Dashboard from the dropdown menu. Under Latest Orders, select the Web Reference Number to view order details and tracking information. You’ll also receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
My order never arrived.
First, click the Account Icon in the upper right corner of our website, then click My Dashboard from the dropdown menu. Under Latest Orders, you can review your order status. Be sure all items in your order have shipped, and if tracking numbers are available, use them to confirm delivery with the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Click on the Account Icon in the upper right corner of our website, then click My Dashboard from the dropdown menu. Under Latest Orders you can double-check the status of the order. If the order status says "Partially Shipped" it is likely the item was back-ordered. Please feel free to contact customer service to confirm.
When will my backorder arrive?
The ETA on back-ordered items varies depending on the manufacturer. An ETA should be provided to you via email at the same time you are informed of the back-order. If you did not receive an email, please contact customer service for an ETA.
