Selecting the right adhesive is essential to achieving a strong, long-lasting bond in any upholstery job. At Albright’s Supply, we carry a full range of professional-grade adhesives for automotive interiors, furniture, marine upholstery, vinyl repair, foam bonding, and more.
Foam & Fabric Glues
Foam and fabric adhesives are staples for upholstery shops. They provide the quick tack, flexibility, and strength needed for bonding foam, applying fabrics, and handling everyday upholstery repairs. Please note, these adhesives are not recommended to install headliners.

Apex Foam & Fabric Adhesive
Apex is a high-performance, low-VOC adhesive made for upholstery and furniture work. It bonds foam, carpet, felt, artificial leather, insulation, paper, plastics, and rubber with ease. Once applied, it dries quickly—within five minutes for single-sided applications and up to ten minutes for double-sided ones. The transparent spray lays on cleanly, and once cured, it offers heat resistance up to 176°F.
Camie 313 Fast Tack Upholstery Adhesive
Camie 313 is a go-to for installers who need fast, flexible adhesion. It bonds foam to foam or foam to fabric, wood, metal, cardboard, particle board, and fiberglass. The tack develops immediately, and the bond remains soft and flexible. Because the spray pattern is a clean web and has low soak-in, it helps reduce waste and mess.

ES2000 Foam & Fabric Glue
ES2000 is formulated for automotive, furniture, and marine environments. It bonds foam, fabrics, metal, leather, carpet, wood, paper, and rubber. The glue provides quick tack with minimal soak-in and cures into a waterproof bond. Its high-solids, web-pattern spray offers excellent coverage and control without chlorinated solvents.
Pro Foam & Fabric Spray Adhesive
Pro Foam & Fabric Spray Adhesive is ideal for bonding urethane or latex foams to materials such as metal, plastic, fiberboard, and wood. It should not be used on vinyl or in environments above 120°F. The wide web spray and high solids help produce an even, controllable application. An orange dye indicator shows exactly where the glue has been applied. It produces flexible, waterproof bonds and contains no carcinogens or ozone-depleting chemicals.

Contact Adhesives
For jobs requiring the highest bond strength and heat resistance—especially automotive interiors and marine applications—contact adhesives are the preferred choice.

DAP Weldwood Contact Adhesive
Weldwood is designed for professional, heavy-duty applications including headliners, vinyl trim, panel covers, dashboards, landau tops, and van conversions. It provides excellent heat resistance and up to two hours of open time. If the adhesive becomes over-dried, it can be reactivated with a light additional coat. One gallon covers roughly 240 square feet, and the formula is ready to use without thinning. Weldwood is sold by the gallon. Please note, due to shipping restrictions, Weldwood cannot be shipped to several states. Be aware of shipping restrictions before purchasing Weldwood.

Lokweld Contact Adhesive
Lokweld offers exceptional heat resistance and strong bonding strength for automotive and marine interiors. It works well on carpet, cloth, foam, headliners, leather, and landau tops, bonding securely to wood, metal, cardboard, and foam. The adhesive dries in as little as three to five minutes and has a 30-minute open time. One gallon covers approximately 136 square feet. Lokweld is sold by the gallon, but can be shipped to most states, with the exception of California.
High-Temperature Adhesives
High-temp glues are essential for automotive headliners, trim work, carpets, and any project exposed to intense heat.

DAP Weldwood Spray Adhesive
This spray adhesive is built for demanding interior and exterior applications. It creates a strong, flexible, permanent bond and provides heat resistance above 225°F. Once cured, it becomes water-resistant. The spray pattern is easy to control, and one 14-ounce can covers up to 100 square feet.
Performance High-Temp Glue
Performance High-Temp Glue is another reliable option for headliner and carpet installation. Its strong, durable bond and high heat resistance make it ideal for automotive use. It sprays in a web pattern and comes in 12-ounce cans.

Vinyl Cement
HH-66 Vinyl Cement
HH-66 is one of the most trusted vinyl adhesives on the market. It bonds vinyl-coated and vinyl-laminated fabrics to themselves or to materials such as urethanes, rigid plastics, synthetic fabrics, wood, leather, and metal. Because it dries quickly and creates a strong yet flexible bond, it is commonly used for patching, reinforcement, and waterproof seam sealing. HH-66 withstands extreme temperatures and resists oil, fuel, grease, and many chemicals. It is sold by the quart.
Choosing the Right Adhesive
Every project has unique requirements, and choosing the right adhesive ensures durability, strength, and long-term performance. Foam and fabric adhesives handle everyday upholstery work, while contact adhesives provide the strength needed for automotive and marine interiors. High-temp glues stand up to the heat in headliners and trim work, and HH-66 is unbeatable for vinyl repairs. Whatever you’re working on, you’ll find the right adhesive at Albright’s Supply.
